Summary

Quick UI fixes on variable page, and adding missing tokens to some component like the "Alias" / "File" tag.
Also tried to use the StickyActionFormToaster for the bulk action as it's the component we should use

Testing

• Changes tested locally in the relevant Console's pages and Storybooks
• yarn test or yarn test -u (if you need to regenerate snapshots)
• yarn format
• yarn lint

• I followed naming, styling, and TypeScript rules (see .cursor/rules)
